Can you prove that he was using bijuu chakra for the cloak. RSM's definition nowhere mentions that he needs the chakra of the 9 bijuu to maintain the cloak. And he could use RSM even without the cloak. The other bijuu chakra at best enhance the RSM cloak further, the main purpose of those chakra is to enable Naruto to use the bijuu's unique abilities.

And how am I derailing this thread? Proving Naruto still has the nine bijuu chakra is only going to add to his abilities and thus to the debate.

1. All of them could sense when Naruto released huge amount of chakra despite not being sensors as said by Orochimaru. So when huge amount of chakra is gathered / released even non sensors can sense it

2. What you posted is Sasuke sensing huge amount of gathered nature energy which only confirms what Orochimaru said later and doesn´t even help your claims.

3. You are completely ignoring Nagato/ Pain not being able to sense or see frog Kata.

4. Again ignoring Sasuke couldn´t sense anything against Kabuto.

As if the Bijuu chakra even makes a difference here. The abilities it gave him are elemental Rasengan/Rasen Shuriken and the innate Bijuu abilities granted by being their Jinchuuriki. Doesn't change the fact that this match ends w/ Sasuke shoving Chidori through Naruto's heart.
