I highly disagree. Ao exposed Danzo and Kotoamatsukami. It still has it's use or Danzo wouldn't try to get rid of Ao.

No it's got uses tracking 359 degrees awareness seeing through object etc. But combat capacity is lacking I have to agree with you there. It has a lot of potential not like the sharingan but nonetheless potential. The condition is if it's not Hinata's Byakugan then were moving into negative territory where no donuts is better than dojutsu.

Not by slowing down time, that's for sure. Anyone with any type of common sense can understand the mechanics of Kaiten. The Hyuga exudes chakra around themselves, then begins to rotate at a high velocity. Nothing in its mechanics even suggest a slow in time, and canonically, the Byakugan hasn't shown the ability to even perform such filler nonsense.
