Sasuke was always really smart, and Hebi Sasuke is the last of the real Sasuke.

Afterwards it's downhill, and against Danzou you can see Kishi was planning ahead for Naruto, and when he got EMS they nerfed him even harder.

They made him power addicted and nothing more than just someone using EMS to its pinnacle.

Hebi Sasuke would have done a lot better against Madara. That Sasuke didn't even have back up or set up anything. He just went took up his sword and lunged at the opponent and he was suppose to be a serene fighter again.

This was alll for Naruto, so I'm not complaining. :lol

It was natural for Sasuke. Even in part one, you could see him being irrational when power was involved. As he got consumed by darkness, he became more and more reckless.

Naruto truly surpassed Sasuke and kept the lead once he learned SM.
Sasuke compensated for the difference in power in vote 2 by taking in the chakra of the nine bijuu. Also if Naruto's power didn't require real learning, why is it that he didn't know about being able to fly prior to Kaguya. There's tons more things Naruto can do in his strongest mode than what was shown. The same applies to Sasuke to an extent.
Naruto was nerfed just so Sasuke could stand a chance.

Naruto was definitely stronger than Sasuke before he used his Curse Seal, talking about the post-Chunin Exam era.

Hebi Sasuke shits. Naruto came back with Sage Mode. MS put the edge above Naruto. KCM = MS so they stalemated

BM came, and then EMS. BSM > EMS.

Then they came back with the Rinnegan = RSM
