What does him awakening kcm have to do with it? He was low on chakra and was a ****ing clone. Lol sasuke at his peak ms was stomped by every kage . killer bee stomped him and couldnt even kill kakashi who used his ms one time. Had naruto been in sm when they clashed he would have dodged chidori much like he did the third raikages and kill him. Theres nothing ms sasuke has that naruto cant beat.

He did but you're ignoring the fact that at that time he already awakened KCM which means his use of SM would've automatically increased. I'm strictly comparing MS to SM without the KCM or EMS influence.

Nope, without KCM there's no chance for Naruto to have superior reaction time to MS Sasuke. Why ? Because MS Sasuke easily kept up with v2 Raikage who is fast enough to challenge KCM.
