The Sharingan Genjutsu need to be learned, it isn't something granted by just having the Doujutsu. It is the reason that Vote Sasuke was unable to use it in his fight with Naruto even after he unlocked the 3T

Idk I get that feeling Sarada is the worst treated new generation female character in that matter (well, in everything so far) - Hima has her grandfather, ChoCho her dad and Mirai Kakashi, Shikamaru and you could even say Guy.

I really hope the person she was talking about is Kakashi, then Sarada not caring about Sasuke's attention would make sense.

That's what I'm talking about, she gets nerfed in every possible way, her manga outfit is a total shit, her abilities are fodder in anime, not to mention she seems not existing in it. It's getting worse and worse.

Actually the reason for that is because Sasuke can't use genjutsu to save his life lmao, it was said many times throughout the manga that Sasuke isn't very skilled with genjutsu specifically.

As for the topic though, if Sarada even becomes proficient in genjutsu I don't think she needs any specific character to teach her. I think people tend to forget that genjutsu is one of the three basic techniques of shinobi and can be used by any basic character, but seeing how the only relevant characters that used genjutsu were Uchiha it's understandable that most people likely assume you need a Sharingan to use the technique. If she is proficient, then she'll be taught genjutsu just through school/training.

You go it wrong mate, he's one of the best genjutsu users but it just isn't in his style to use illusions in a fight. It's like how he can use shadow clones but never does so.

That is non-canon and non-factual.

It was never said that Genjutsu couldn't be cast immediately and had to be learned. The manga never said that Sasuke didn't use genjutsu in VOTE1 because he didn't know how, he just didn't use it in the fight. All of the Sharingan's abilities are privy to the user and don't need to be learned. Obito was never taught how to use his Sharingan and was able to control the Mizukage.
