CES or Gentle Fist?

CES is clealy more powerful and can take out more opponents (crowd control) while gentle fist is a fighting technique and very presise way of disarming your opponent.

Sakura knocked the soul out of Shins body and Tsunade shattered pure chakra.

I get your point except for one thing. Sakura's strength didn't increase after gaining the seal per se. It was stated by the manga that she had to divide her chakra for 3 years making CES more complicated to use. She actually self-nerfed herself because of the process of creating the seal.

But it makes far more sense that it did after she got yin seal.
Sakura's chakra is average at best, There is no way she is putting away enough chakra per day from her to go from her Pre-war arc strength levels to the Gigantic strength which she showcased against juubi fodder from just stopping putting chakra into the seal.

Sure sakura nerfed herself from putting chakra away into the seal but i highly doubt she put away enough to make such a drastic change to her strength since her chakra levels are that high for her to put that much chakra aside and still preform medical ninjutsu/CES nor go the distance in lengthy fights like she did with sasori.

It's proven by tsunade that even though the seal isn't released she can still dip into and use chakra from it (hence her youthful appearance).
So i think it makes far more sense that sakura's strength against the juubi fodder was her dipping into her seals chakra (like tsunade does) and using that chakra for CES instead of youthful looks.

But that wasn't discussed here. It was about one hit = dead and even I know that CES finds it's masters in that field (Kakuzu, third raikage)

Jyuken aims for the organs and chakra network which even Naruto isn't able to protect himself from.

CES works like Gentle if the user wants it too.
Tsunade ruptured Jirayah organs with a minor hit,
Sakura did the same to Shin, THey release force into the target, but even more powerful

Raw strength of Tsunade=/=Any version of Gentle Fist. I don't get which are you patronizing.
Did she release even the tinies bit of chakra from her finger? No.

Neji was even injecting some of his chakra into him and Naruto would stand back up everytime.

What about Hokage Naruto being out of commission from a single strike by Himawari?

I'm just saying that protection from Jyuken is very unlikely while people already developed counters to tank CES

Both have their pros and cons, and tbh I would choose GF over CES.

But in this case, CES proves to wreck GF in the one shotting department.

Obviously, GF is more deleterious in that it targets your organs, which is just more life-ending than CES, but it takes time to get that far with your oppononent.

It would take more than just one hit, and usually it takes tremendous chakra control which can be almost impossible against an opponent rivalling your own speed while CES requires merely one hit to be just as detrimental as more GF hits.
