I think he has his father's talent given the comparisons kishimoto gave the entire series.

Lmao Sarada isn't fodder; her mother like mother (like Minato) has lesser genes to her father as Minato's compared to Kushina's.
Even though it can't be proven for a 100% fact that things like talent/intelligence aren't hereditary, I'll oblige you and trverse your logic.
Ok so Sakura and Sasuke also had the highest test scores in the written part of their chunin exams, Iruka even categorised Sakura as embodying a Yin (meaning heavenly knowlage) frame of mind. Sakura went onto to naturally display precise chakra control that Kakashi said was difficult for most Jonin without any training. Within three years of the time skip Sakura mastered medical ninjutsu along, the Hyakugou Seal and became the world's strongest healer after succeeding Tsunade.
That's not the make of fodder genes if we use your logic to appropriate Sakura's genes like Minato's.

They are so fodder we went from Kushina surviving 100% child labor while suppressing Kurama, Kurama extraction, and impalment yet still being able to fight VS 50% Kurama leading to near-death.

OT: Minato was an exception. Like Sakura, there is no Namikaze clan so his genes aren't really special as far as clan bloodlines go. He was just an exceptional person. I think the predominant genes in Naruto come from Kushina.

I guess so, namikaze might as well just be a family name and not a established shinobi clan. Kushina's uzumaki genes still got diluted, since Naruto was KO'd when Kurama got extracted whereas Kushina was still awake from the same thing, despite giving child birth beforehand!

Villains always spout things, it's always happened in the manga. Plus momoshiki was talking kurama, as it's not something to inherit. Didn't Kishimoto draw Boruto with a chakra cloak? Pretty sure he got that from Naruto.
