They also needed people that wasn't at 100% strength. Then got rek'd by the 2 MC's that didn't go all out until the near end.

He has no special abilities unlike the rest of the Six Paths characters. He really only has Truth-Seeking Spheres and Fire Style techniques, which Naruto and Sasuke can handle. He gives them some major difficulty, but he can be beaten if we're not counting him releasing the Ten-Tails.

That's becaues he was heavily nerfed. Naruto's talk no jutsu much weakened his will and so his Sword of Nunoboko, he also couldn't use his signature jutsu which he realied on his entire life. Madara was stronger jin not only because he was naturally stronger, but he also possessed both of his original eyes so he could use them to it's full potential. Meanwhile Obito had 1 transplanted Rinnegan which he couldn't fully control and his second eye was his own MS, but it was stripped from his main power so it was basically useless

Nunoboko sword is a sword made of will, Obito' s will is weak, Naruto' s is indestructible and his nunoboko sword would destroy Obito's.

He didn't only have tsb and fire style techniques, he just used six crimson ray formation and a wood style technique that can absorb chakra while shooting biju bombs.
Even then he still had more.

Obito had all bijuu 1-7 with a tail worth of the 8 tails chakra and gin and Kin as the 9 tails. Madara had 1-8 and half Kurama. His JJ form was gonna be stronger regardless. Being able to not go intangible as a Juubi jin imo isn't a nerf if it made sense.

Obito had all bijuu 1-7 with a tail worth of the 8 tails chakra and gin and Kin as the 9 tails. Madara had 1-8 and half Kurama. His JJ form was gonna be stronger regardless. Being able to not go intangible as a Juubi jin imo isn't a nerf if it made sense.

It doesn't make sense to take away someone's singature jutsu in his last and most important fight, especially when it's a defensive jutsu. He could always afford to have either slower reflex or being carelss since intangibility would always protect him. Once intangibility was gone, Obito had to completely change his fighting style which always since he was a kid heavily revolved around it. You could take away sasuke's chidori or naruto's rasengan during vote2 and the guy who lost his jutsu, would still be able to win, now what would happened if you took away either PS or Kurama avatar? The guy who lost his avatar would surely lose, and that's what happened to Obito, his main defence was gone. I can see why Kishi had to nerf him, kamui counter was already limited to Kakashi, if Obito managed to take him out, he would be unstoppable.

Going by Jinchuuriki Obito was the 2nd strongest Jinchuuriki, while Madara was the strongest Jinchuuriki.

Naruto surpasses both Obito and Madara later on with Hagoromo chakra.

Remember this if Kurama is hard to control then the Juubi is even harder to handle.

Although true earlier before he became Juubi jin the (Naruto Kakashi etc) found out the limit and duration of his intangibility. It would have been helpful but imo not as much.

Obito was able to control Juubi but not Rinnegan. So either Rinnegan is harder to control or Juubi only need willpower to control.
