RSM Naruto and Rinnegan Sasuke are faster than JJ Obito. Naruto was able to chop off Kaguya's hand and the multi bijuu dama rasenshurikens made Kaguya unstable. If it were Obito in place of her, he'd be dead or weakened enough to be killed.

Going by Jinchuuriki Obito was the 2nd strongest Jinchuuriki, while Madara was the strongest Jinchuuriki.

Naruto surpasses both Obito and Madara later on with Hagoromo chakra.

Remember this if Kurama is hard to control then the Juubi is even harder to handle.
