For me it's 50/50, at the beginning of the arc, I thought BM would be defeated (her empire won't crumble, but she'd be defeated), I thought she'd have an exploitable weakness (like crocodile did), but after the last couple of chapters, I no longer think so. Her defeat is still not out of the picture tho.

No the key is being stronger, not using Vegapunk to cheat, there will be new yonkos so she and the others will have to loose at some point and so far only kaido has been involved with Vegapunk and the others became yonko soo
