@bold I already said in my previous post that this method only disables the CES temporarily as long the Jyuken is flowing in the Chakra streams of the opponent. that's why blocking Chakra points is necessary.

Neji only struck her internal organs, he didn't keep flowing Chakra into her network since he had to intent to kill her. and he needed to block her Chakra points to disable her Jyuken completely.
