Hinata's showing against Neji and her cameo against Pain shows she can maneuver her hands faster than anything Sakura has shown. That accompanied with refined taijutsu and the fact she won't try to

Sakura's fist more or less means Sakura could get the same treatment Hinata got from Neji in part 1. Even if Byakugou could reopen chakra points (which i honestly doubt), the scenario just replays the same way as before.
Punching the ground could actually leave

to an air palm attack. An explosive one like in the WA can easily be intercepted before the fists touch the ground due to the byakugan being able to
