1. What makes it unique and deadly ?

Fact that Twin lion fist has ability to drain chakra (explained by Kishi in databook ) and Rasengan´s destructive ability.

Chakra absorbation + destruction in one move .

Really unique and OP

2. But what else ?

Fact that Twin lion fist was made form Hinata´s Hamura chakra, while Rasengan was made from Naruto´´´s Hagoromo chakra.

Hamura chakra + Hagoromo chakra = Overkill

3. What feats does it have

It destroyed Tenseigan energy vessel who had power of Hamura Tenseigan and 1000 Byakugans

Just another proof that NaruHina was always meant to be together.
