Why is Sakura not compared to other MCs

Then why do Sakura fans always compare her to other side characters?

Canon Sakura is terrible.

Over in NF she got the most's 1s in her character poll.

1 being the worst
10 being the best

112 1's, the highest lowest ratings in all of the characters so far.

They basically know Sakura is side-character material, just with a whole lot more screen time to do nothing and a lot less development relative to that.

Not sure what you were expecting but there aren't any "developed" females in shonen. Shonen caters more towards the male audience and the females are mostly there just to attract them

Hence why they make up BS like Hinata being Naruto's second choice while Sakura is first or Ino ending up with a poor man's Sasuke while Sakura got the real deal. And that's only about love. The nonsense they spew about her battle prowess is even more pathetic.

Still there are lot of shonen female characters who do a much better job. Anyway, that's not the question I am asking.

I don't think there is a single female in the entire genre who can be compared in terms of development to the main characters despite having screen time.in Bleahc Rukia is better written than Sakura but again not comparable to the mains. Naruto is not the best written series so its even worse here. Those who compare Sakura to the mains are pure trolling, Honestly ever since Naruto launched on Toonami the main thing I liked about Sakura is the humour aspect of it.

Yup, it does but Sakura fans have no other way to justify Sakura's writing. No one can honestly sit here and say Sakura's character was equally developed with the other MCs.

Ever here the phrase "Pick on someone your own size". It's like that with Sakura fans. They choose characters who didn't have enough screen time to prove Sakura is a "good" female character or how she is "powerful". Of course they'll compare Sakura to a side character that never had a chance to begin with.

It's not trolling. Sakura is the series heroine. She should be compared to Naruto and Sasuke. It makes much more sense to compare Sakura to Naruto than it does to compare her to Hinata like Sakura fans LOVE doing.

Umm she was restricted due to plot
Sakura is the only character in the manga who could've increased in power at any point in the manga without it being an asspull or handout due to her charkra control and intellect.

Sakura has the ability to kill her teammates without much effort, unlike the other characters. She has one of the most powerful offenses and defenses so let's not.
Can naruto tank her hit? No
Can Sasuke tank her hit? No
Sakura won't go down easily
