If Sasuke gets power he would be a tyrant. In feudal society and ancient China, emperors who were tyrants were assassinated and it was a constant cycle of war look it up. Kishi from China or Japan knows this and he knows the tyrant ruler always fails in the end. The tyrant has to be powerful just like Sasuke, but if Sasuke was to win, someone in the future would do the same and kill Sasuke and continue a cycle of hatred and destruction. Naruto, aka Democracy, aka freedom, if you look at the Boruto society is way better than a tyrant. Naruto is hokage but he works for the will of fire/ will of people. If in your head you think Indra won and Indra is right then I guess your against Democracy but maybe you didn't see it like that

Sasuke has the power nearing that of a God. He can keep peace globally. A dynasty of mere mortals with no supernatural abilities cannot be compared to Sasuke, a fictional character with abilities that could probably bring world peace.

How am I focused on fanfiction? Sasuke's plan actually has a chance due to the fact that his world is different from ours. Do you think humans would wage wars anymore if God showed up one day and threatened us?

You're somewhat right about the Ootsutsuki threat which is why it would be better for both Naruto and Sasuke to survive and use one another's philosophies for peace rather than one killing the other, or giving in to the other's plan.

This is the right answer. At least that is what I believe. It wasn't that Ashura failed so did Indra. They failed because it takes both Cooperation AND power for true peace. They only saw one half of it and so did Hagoromo. Had he chosen Indra Ashura would have eventually challenged him because of the bonds he shared with others. Their fear would have driven him to stand against Indra and they both would have ended up dying anyway.

The cycle was broken when Hagoromo finally bequeathed both with equal power of varying aspects instead of choosing one ideology over the other.

The cycle hasn't been broken. Indra (Sasuke) gave into (Asura) Naruto's plan, letting Asura choose for the second time which as we've seen with the future scan, resulted in failure.

Kawaki is still a human unlike the Otsutsuki and still counts a member of the world at large. The goal isn't just to fix the shinobi world, it's to fix the whole world.

Even though team Indra got manipulated by Zetsu they were actually going to create world peace, but then we found out it was all a plan to make Zetsu armies so the plan was whack. Regardless, their plan was still fool-proof, Asura's descendants weren't manipulated and still made errors that would have easily been avoided.

the problem is once they both die the world will go back to how it was regardless.

If whole world at war with Sasuke then once sasuke die they go back to war with one another

If the world is at peace while Naruto leads once Naruto dies it will go back to normal

Think of Hashirama situation where things were calm during his reign but quickly went to shit after his death
