They were called spiritual weapons. Chakra is made up of both spiritual and physical energy, spiritual energy by itself is not chakra, it is just that: spiritual energy.

Does that mean that the weapon in nature isn't a spirit weapon? Does that mean that the weapon is made of chakra in it's default state? No and no, hence everything you are saying being irrelevant.

What's even worse is that if it were just spiritual energy when Itachi uses them they'd have no physical form nor would anyone be able to physically interact with them just how Tayuya's Doki could slip through physical objects.

Every chakra attack thrown at Nagato was absorbed it's wasn't visibly showing but activated every time chakra was thrown at him. totsuka isn't chakra but by all means review the entire fight

The DB never said it's chakra because it isn't. The DB never stating the rest is irrelevant because it doesn't contradict what I just said. Like I said, just stop now if you think ancient weapons that predate the thought of an Itachi will coincidentally have the same color as his chakra.

The only way they are manifested via chakra is that Itachi incorporated into his Susano'o, so to use them, he has to use chakra to manifest Susano'o. The weapons themselves are not made of chakra.

They have the same color as his Susano'o because they were incorporated into his Susano'o. Itachi's chakra giving them physical form is nothing but conjecture that you just made up.
