Explain. Everything outside of Casting gennjutsu and copying techs is already available to a greater degree to the Byakugan, alongside exclusive powers like Jyuken, 360 vision, penetrative vision, expansive vision.



How lol. Genjutsu is fodder. Ninjutsu gets negged by Jyuken. It comes down to taijutsu and Byakugan > Sharingan in that because of Jyuken, better foreseeing powers (precog as most people put it), and the ability to slow down enemy taijutsu.

Genjutsu is not fodder. It dominates mostly every aspect in battle and once you're caught in it if you dont have the skills you're as good as dead or it comes as a great distraction.

There is still little proof a Byakugan user can break a sharingan genjutsu even if they release they are caught in it. Byakugan doesn't have the edge in taijutsu, gentle fist does. Having a 360 vision lets you anticipate sneak attacks or flukes but not precognition like the sharingan. Sharingan users have an edge in taijutsu but more than likely a Hyuuga is more experienced in that area. Which is not a problem since the Uchiha clan were kenjutsu users and diverse in all areas of combat. They lose everytime because their fighting stlyle is not refined all of them are mostly close range fighters. Take them out of their element and fight them at a distance best way to beat a Hyuuga.

The problem is that there are 3 clans that uses the byakugan, so if someone compares the byakugan with the sharingan, it can't only be limited to the Hyuga clan. Otherwise they should just straight up compare the Uchiha with the Hyuga, not the Byakugan specifically.

Who knows, the Hyuga might be the weakest Byakugan users, while the Ootsutsuki's moon clan and the god clan have a higher level of mastery, that's why it's stupid to limit Byakugan to the Hyuga clan only, when we don't even know how the other two clans used Byakugan.

An eye is only as strong as the user itself, that's why a stronger user will definitely have a stronger feat with their Byakugan. Kaguya is also a Byakugan user, so I don't know why her Gentle Fist feat is being ignored.

Make it clear if this is about the Byakugan vs. Sharingan or just the Hyuga vs. Uchiha. Otherwise we'll never know the limits of Byakugan unless the strongest user shows us the limits it possesses.

The same could be said for the Sharingan. We never saw Indra's feats with his eyes, but we know that when it comes to the Mangekyo, anything can happen. The abilities it can grant are so unpredictable that I believe the Uchiha, a clan of humans, would pose a massive threat to the Otsutsuki.

An eye is not only as strong as the user, an eye is only as strong as the genes of the user. It's quite clear that as the generations of dilution go by, the eye get's weaker .

For example, an eye can be improved however the true power of a Dojutsu is unlocked in it's most ancient, pure, and pristine form.

Uchiha have more stamina than the Hyuuga and are speedsters. A long fight with a Uchiha is not what a Hyuuga wants since they use their sharingan to copy their moves. Hyuugas main relience is taijutsu. Air palm is not a guaranteed solution to ninjutsu and ninja tatics.
