Can Byakugan users escape genjutsu with closed eyes ??

When they activate Byakugan , it grants 360 degree view automatically ; they can't avoid looking at something when their Byakugan is activated

i think i have read somewhere that its sight can be focused bc how the hell would a 360 vision and say 10km work at the same time? It sure grants 360 sight but one can focus onto a certain direction if I am making sense.

Focus on a target and avoid looking at something are two different things . When one Hyuga activates his Byakugan , it automatically grants 360 degree sight . (As seen in the scan , Neji wants to see where others are ; so he must focus on a certain direction (because they knew that others were fighting at which direction) but his Byakugan automatically grants 360 degree ability)

No they can't, even when they closed their eyes they will still get caught in genjutsu. The only way the hyuga can even possibly resist is if they closed their eyes without activating the Byakugan and can emit their whole whole tenketsu which expel chakra field as a radar where it can detect something which has been demonstrated with neji vs kidomaru fight.

yeah it automatically grants 360v and neji has to focus. why cant he do the same while fighting an Uchiha? you're pretty much limiting yourself and your thinking. How the hell would he pinpoint tenketsu if he cant narrow down his sight? Focus on a target different with avoiding looking? Yes. But I dont see why he cant do both?

So you mean despite looking 360 v , the Hyuga can focus their vision on other parts of body (not eyes) ??
I do understand this ... A Byakugan user can focus on objects far away . However he automatically sees all objects that are close to him (because of 360 v)....
All I mean is : "If the Uchiha is close to the Hyuga , Can the Hyuga avoid looking at his eyes ?" ... I think not .

The fact is that eye contact genjutsu signal is blocked by eye lips and walls.
Having byakugans doesn' t make your eyelips and walls become transparent, if that was the case everybody around a byakugan user would see through walls, and the fact is it isn't the case.
