Dojutsu ranking based on feats

In the Neji situation its likely a stalemate in my op.

Sharingan specializes in creating jutsu where as Byakugan specializes in destroying it.

My op is that the 2 are opposites of each other and the victor in battle would be determined by the users themselves.

That's a poor way to generalize the abilities of these Dojutsu. Especially since the Sharingan's most used speciality has nothing to do with creating jutsu and the Byakugan can destroy things made of chakra, not jutsu. If someone used Katon on Neji Gentle Fist alone doesn't do anything to protect him which is why the Hyuga developed Rotation in the first place.

A Neji w/ MS would obviously destroy a Neji w/ Byakugan unless you think Rotation, Air Palm and Gentle Fist can take out Susanoo, which they definitely cannot.

Yes I agree that Neji can't take out a Susano but every ms doesn't get a Susano either.

I'll just end with this. If the ranking is based off of a doujutsu's strongest feat, than unless Kaguya is restricted, hers count.
No where did I say Byakugan is the strongest doujutsu, just that it has one of the strongest feats.
Ppl can dislike that if they want but blame the writer not the reader.

Actually every MS does get a Susanoo. Susanoo's awakening requirements are mastery over 2 Mangekyo.

That line of reasoning doesn't make sense since it's not the Byakugan's feat, it's Kaguya's, but you can believe whatever you want. I've already gone over why that line of reasoning makes zero sense.
