Lmao can you ever argue without twisting what the Manga says? Sasuke never once stated that him being able to see chakra better with the 3rd tomoe is why he has precog nor does the ability to see chakra ever change based on how many tomoe you have. Fanfiction.

Byakugan>Sharingan in chakra sight is because Byakugan sees more, not because Byakugan sees it better. That line of thinking doesn't even make sense. The Byakugan is stated to be better because it can see the inner coil system along with the flow of chakra. That has not a thing to do with whatever "chakra sight" lets Sasuke predict movements.

Shikadai's statement is irrelevant. That proves that Byakugan can read movements to some extent. We've known this for years now. Not new information. 2-Tomoe can also read movements as shown by Sasuke vs. transformed Gaara. Precognition is a higher form of that. A higher form the Byakugan has not been shown, stated or hinted to possess.
