Byakugan is just a scope that lets you see anything. You can put it on whatever gun you're using.
Sharingan is a gun and scope together. The Sharingan's scope isn't early as powerful as the Byakugan scope, but it has the gun built into it. So, it's guaranteed firepower.

Depends on the use. Kaguya obliterated Sasuke with Vacuum Attack twice. Hamura could pierce stars and move the moon. Toneri is lesser than that but still strong enough to face a Rikudo-powered BSM Naruto without any prior fighting experience.
Again Vacuum attack is a taijutsu attack.
It's funny because you only use the otsutsuki as an example for byakugan. Toneri got solo'd by a Naruto punch without BSM.

Idk why people are acting like anything happened. We've known that Byakugan helps in reading movements since Part 1 when Neji used Byakugan when Lee increased his speed. 2-Tomoe Sharingan and 3-Tomoe Sharingan can both read movements yet 3-Tomoe>>2-Tomoe. Not to mention "telling how your opponent will move in battle" isn't the same as Sharingan precognition. 2-Tomoe also read movements yet it was different from 3-Tomoe.
The Sharingan as a whole is still better than the Byakugan as a whole. Byakugan contends with 3-Tomoe and nothing higher. Give Neji any MS shown in the series from a real Uchiha and he goes from low tier to at least mid tier in an instant.
