Naruto admitted in the manga that he can't beat nor compete with Sasuke without Kurama's help. Plus, Sasuke was able to match Naruto with 3T in VOTE 1.

These would present MASSIVE probelms for a Rennigan wielder like Nagato or even Edo Madara (w/, only Rennigan abilities being used).

Toneri got beat by a much stronger version of Naruto than the one who fought Nagato. Anyways, my statement mostly applies to the Six Paths techniques and not things like Ameno and Limbo.

Tenseigan is stronger than Rennigan though. Look at what Madara was pulling off w/ Hashiroid-enhanced Rennigan powers and Juubi-enhanced powers and that's still nothing to Toneri's feats with the Tenseigan, someone, mind you who has no prior battle experience VS Madara who had more than a life-time's worth.

Bolt's eye too will likely surpass MS in general, though not specific techs per say like Kamui.

Yeah..no. It was stated that Toneri comes close to Madara's Level.

And also Hagoromo's sealing technique which is a rinnegan jutsu defeated Kaguya twice.

Rinnegan = Tenseigan at best lmao hell to the no that Tenseigan > Rinnegan.

Likely means you are assuming things now. As long as his eye does nothing except for seeing chakra it is below MS.

If at some point it surpasses MS I'll gladly admit defeat but for now it's not even close to MS' level

I don't remember anything like that being said.

Rikudo Chibuka Tensei isn't a Rennigan tech that any Rennigan user can use. It's exclusive to Six Paths Chakra users. That said, it also likely isn't a Rennigan tech considering Hamura and Naruto used it too.

I know its not on MS level, I said it will almost certainly be.
