Indra arrow was strong sure but he could blow up an entire Juubi Madara type of meteor with a regular chidori...it's just a big kirin shaped into a arrow.

Indra's Arrow wouldn't count for mesince its not something he can readily use, he needs the Bijuu's aid for him to pull it off, and that's something beyond him in a normal fight, something like Susanoo Shinra Tensei is nothing more than fanfic since we haven't even seen him use the normal variation let alone a Susanoo powered version and Chibaku Tensei, while powerful, was cut down by a PS sword within moments, and that was when JJ Madara was casting those. So therefore, by process of elimination, Perfect Susanoo Chidori wins.

By technicality, Naruto should have RSM, yet he never used it again no matter how dire the situation got. I'm not going by technicality, if its not shown nor said, its not there. Sasuke hasn't shown nor said that he either has the power to replicate Indra's Arrow without the Bijuu's chakra or if he ever bothered to learn to use the Six Paths to their full extent, so its not there.
