By technicality, Naruto should have RSM, yet he never used it again no matter how dire the situation got. I'm not going by technicality, if its not shown nor said, its not there. Sasuke hasn't shown nor said that he either has the power to replicate Indra's Arrow without the Bijuu's chakra or if he ever bothered to learn to use the Six Paths to their full extent, so its not there.

Assuming BPS is Bijuu Perfect Susanoo if my slogan game is right...then no, he doesn't. Having Kurama's chakra as well as the Sage's regardless of mode, Naruto presumably still has his Ashura avatar though...kinda. He can use it whenever, but he needs to take time in achieving it first.

Well, he evidently has it, just like every three tomoe Sharingan has the ability to cast Genjutsu. Its a matter of learning to use those. Sasuke was able to use both Deva and Preta in the same way as Madara did, maybe even from observing him, but that doesn't mean full mastery over the six paths coming naturally.

Indra's Arrow wouldn't count for mesince its not something he can readily use, he needs the Bijuu's aid for him to pull it off, and that's something beyond him in a normal fight, something like Susanoo Shinra Tensei is nothing more than fanfic since we haven't even seen him use the normal variation let alone a Susanoo powered version and Chibaku Tensei, while powerful, was cut down by a PS sword within moments, and that was when JJ Madara was casting those. So therefore, by process of elimination, Perfect Susanoo Chidori wins.

Indra's arrow is powered by Susanoo, Rinneagan chakra and 9 bijuu, aside from Ashura's strongest jutsu there's nothing with the power level of Sasuke's finest jutsu, now add Enton to that and not even TSB can match it. Susanoo chidori is basic level stuff for Sasuke.

Because using the bijuu's power is still considered a dojutsu feat that relies on the user's skill just like a jinchuuriki relying on their body and talent to use bijuu chakra.


Bijuu Susanoo is a result of Sasuke's Yin affinity and Sharingan skill which makes Indra's arrow his jutsu no different to RS powered bu bijuu chakra being Naruto's jutsu.


When BZ claimed Amaterasu to be the strongest physical attack he wasn't talking about the jutsu in the hands of a beginner MS user, he was talking about the jutsu in the hands of someone that reached the pinnacle of dojutsu feats. Current Sasuke doesn't have ability to use Amaterasu to its full potential but he does have the ability to use it to the point it will only be the behind Kaguya's TSB in terms of destructive feats.

Combining Enton with his strongest lighting technique will result in the most destructive jutsu in NV after Kaguya's TSB due to the fact fire and lightning are the most destructive elements.

Edit : Adding on to that, think of the symbolism, Naruto and Sasuke are opposites, TSB represent the power of creation (ability to create new worlds) therefore Indra's strongest jutsu should represent the power of destruction (fire that doesn't extinguish + lightning from the heavens)

I never said it didn't require skill, but....well, the main difference here is that you're talking about Sasuke on all his versions throughout the series while I'm specifically referring to the current one...who doesn't have immediate access to nine Bijuu to use BPS. Contrary to Naruto, who could probably have his Asura avatar back if he bothered to gather the Senjutsu for it....

...I'm also ignoring the whole Enton thing since that's pretty much fanfiction at this point.

You do know he used it in Boruto movie right? He still have that Susano'o. Only difference is he's using his chakra and not the bijuu's as a substitute.

They do come naturally just not as quick as some do. Sasuke learned Susano'o and Amaterasu/Enton naturally. Ameno as well as preta. It just takes a while to get accustomed to said doujutsu.
