You know what's even suck? KONAMI. KONAMI owns all the rights of making Fairy Tail video games that made poor sales so much to be considered negligible. Hiro would wish NamocoBandai buy the rights, so Natsu would have a chance to join J-Victory VS, but this franchies seem to end as -- card games some day soon. The last I expect is Hiro and Fairy Tail guild Live-Stream reaction to all FT episodes and last but not least, the movie. Sounds like someone you know.

I don´t see how it is dumber than pretty much every other long running Shounen out there. It has obviously the same cliches and generic plot structures going on, but that´s the genre.

If you are talking about dumb fun, there are other genres that come to mind first (for instance, the whole harem genre...)
