Well first off the hyuga have the Tactical advantage over the Uchiha Clan

With the Byakugan they can see all of their enemies attack plans formations and can extinguish people by the chaka signals alone which allows them to pic who they want to fight and who's the best matchup for who they can control the flow of battle first rule of The Art of War .

The Sharingan is easily blinded the byakugan can see through all things . One Hidden Mist jutus and Uchiha are completely out of the fight.

The hyuga can use long-distance genjutsu to take out Uchiha from a distance before they even know it to cause Mass chaos and panic.

Hyuga can destroy ninjutsu

The Uchiha don't have any way to stop a Hyuga Blitz

Same with Hyuga's boi any technique that blocks eyesight is a disadvantage vs doujutsu user's.
