Team one needs a short distance to win, don't think Hiruzen can set up his clones and jutsu (and land the attacks) while dealing with what Kakashi was dealing with.

Hiruzen wins comfortably. Hidan is barely a factor first of all, and second of Kakuzu's Ninjutsu, his bread and butter in any fight, are easily overpowered by Hiruzen's own Ninjutsu. The scale difference as a whole is dramatic. Not even Domu helps due to Raiton.

Alive Hiruzen low-diffs Hidan. He's a non-factor. Kakuzu stands no stance.

Hidan actually doesn't add anything of value here, Unless the Edo is Itachi, the Edos don't bleed so Hidan can't use his ritual which is the only way he could be of help. Kakuzu simply gets overwhelmed as Hiruzen does what Kakuzu does on a better lvl so yeah Hiruzen should beat them

Kishi changed his mind in part two when it comes to summonings as Jiraiya went and clapped his hands and summoned GamaKen.

So apparently one doesn't need to use blood every time one wants to summon

Getting in Hiruzens face won't alter the outcome at all?

I mean he did that to Kakashi, is Hiruzen that much faster?

kakashi has multiple techniques that do not require seals, so no he did not do that to kakashi.

Hence why i said "if he was"

No, because Hidan isn't strong enough or fast enough in close combat to prevent Hiruzen from either using his elemental jutsu (single hand sign) or shadow clones. Then we have the fact that Hiruzen w/ Enma and Shadow Shuriken clones. is more dangerous than Kakashi w/ a Kunai in close combat.

He didn't force Kakashi into a position where he couldn't make hand signs either. Kakashi never attempted to do such in the first place.

However Hiruzen would likely have a clone or two out before they could even get in his face, or he would keep the distance using Ninjutsu before they could even get in his face.

I suppose although taking his eyes off Kakuzu would allow for something to happen there.

Honestly though why has everyone been so quick to say these are that much larger than Kakuzu's jutsu?

They're just streams of elements lol.

I'd say the tree's that Kakuzu's jutsu encompassed > that of the buddha wood statue or at least equal and the jutsu don't even begin to reach the top

Not really. What's Kakuzu going to do in the less than a second Hiruzen isn't watching him? He can't do anything.

And lmao it's obvious to anyone with working eyes that those jutsu are far larger than Kakuzu's jutsu. The only one you can even debate being on par is Atsugai, and even that is not as large.

I don't really see it lol the streams are human size and they only time they get relatively large is when they clash with each other.

Even his normal was larger than the giant tree's.

And look how far back Atugai cleared the forest (completely obliterating those large tree's)

I feel like his jutsu's scale is a bit underrated lol thats like 50+ meters of boss summon sized tree's it encompassed. (wasn't just backlash as that wasn't strong enough to take down tree's as seen by the ones near Shikamaru still standing.)

Hiruzen as Edo takes this pretty easy

Enma is more than enough to take care of Hidan.

Hiruzen based on feats is a much superior weapons expert and Enma's capabilities far exceed Hidan's capabilities.

Kakazu Has the elements but based on feats Hiruzen's ninjutsu far exceeds his.

Lmao not sure what you are looking at but it's not that scan. The middle where they clash is where the expansion is shown just like any other clash in this Manga. Also like any other elemental jutsu the stream that connects the jutsu to the user's mouth is slim while the ends of the jutsu are large. Then we have the fact that they are as long as the distance between Shinsuusenju and Hiruzen. That length is the main reason why Hiruzen's jutsu are far larger, because the length contributes to the overall size and power of the jutsu.

No part of that jutsu is human size. We can clearly see humans compared to that jutsu so I have no idea where human size is coming from. As for those trees, they are not boss summon sized. They are tall. That's it and those trees are no taller than the trees in most forests that appear in this Manga.

Lmao I hope you don't really think that 50m+ area worth of Bijuu can fit inside of Atsugai.

Didnt we had an argument of Kakuzu scaling a long while ago? What changed your mind?

Nvm your talking about length.
