Yeah, no it doesn't. Despite the high stat, it didn't make him any more capable than anyone else around him. Higher Observation does not mean higher place in the power scale. This is demonstrated by the fact that Katakuri was just as useless as anyone else around him, if not more detrimental due to him killing the priest.

There is one with Fishman teeth, that is Jimbei. There is one with a reindeer nose, that is Chopper. There is one that jumps like a rabbit, That is Carrot. And all other alliance members are there too.

So I don't think he can just go an take out main characters like that. And the fauxhat Luffy's don't reflect Luffy's fighting capabilities.

yeah but see remember when luffy was fighting those fake luffy's they have the same combat ability. I know they were wild animals that assumed the form of luffy but still fought with his strenght on par with hiim so I dont see why temproarily the same ability
