The Beginning
It's been twenty years since the village system fell apart, it was bound to happen some time. After the 4th great shinobi war, the villages remained in peace, co-operating, but how long could that really last? It was evident by the fact that Kumogakure had cannons built for war with other villages. New kage's had been sworn in and slowly the bonds of piece began to break. Wars broke out and all ties were lost, it was a race to destroy what was left of the opposing sides. Bit by bit the world came crumbling down, villages destroyed, nations broken down into warring states, the world was back to how it once was in the time of the Uchiha/Senju war.
But there were some, that even in these dark times, bound together to form a light in the darkness. In the land of tea, a small group developed in secret a new form of technique, a defensive one, based on the great Rashonmon Gates, combining this with sealing and barrier arts to create the ultimate defense. Two men led a large group, all of which were ready to do what needed to be done. Finally when preparations were done, all 17 of them gathered, 15 to perform the technique, and the two men coordinating the plan. Initiating the ritual, in sync, the 15 shinobi performed a series of 184 handseals finishing with slamming their hands on the ground. As they did so the ground lit up with a 50m wide sealing formula that resembled a pentagram, glowing bright purple, lighting up the dark night, glowing brighter and brighter, when it suddenly it errupted outwards from the center where the two men were blasting outwards. As it hit the other 15, it drained their very life force in a mere moment, leaving nothing but dust where they stood, spreading outwards all around them through the dark night, lightning up the horizon.
The light stopped on the borders of the land of Tea, and from the ground, in the light a walls began to rise, 30m thick, and 4 times higher than the largest summon seen in the world, making even Hashirama's ultimate technique seem small. All across these giant walls were carvings, markings, countless kanji, this was the ultimate defense. One that would keep any threat out. The two men that stood in the middle lay unconscious, but still alive, upon their heads was a seal, one that faded into their heads. Later they would come to realize this was the key to oppening the barrier wall they had just created, and within, a new nation would form. And so the tides changed, the Land of Tea became a safe haven for those looking to avoid the destruction and death that came with the clashing clans, the people came to know it as Trost, with the two men with the seals leading the nation. One of these men was Natsu Uchiha, the other, no one knew. He lived in the shadows, watching, waiting. There was no fighting within these walls as all who entered were tested and trialed but there were still things that bugged the other man. He noticed man's selfishness even within the walls, those who were greedy taking more than their fair share, those that were lazy, not pulling their weight, it was the same as everywhere, and he became sick of it...
And one day he was gone from Trost....

[Event Begins]
- This will be an on going even, told with a narrative, in the Konoha town forum/Battle arena.
- You will choose a character following the rules below and be bound to that character throughout
- Unlike traditional events, this event will be based on a form of health system.
- With each update, the story will progress, decisions will be made, but the story is in your hands
- This is not a competition, but prizes will be awarded throughout, based on performance. The event more aimed towards an RP aspect, making the most of your character.
Character Rules:
For this event you will need to choose your character and build it accordingly. The decisions you make will be permanent. Consider this your characters data card. Through the event you may be restricted further or gain additional features depending on how the story proceeds.
Character choice: Your bio
Elements: You can only use up to two of the basic five elements.
Other: You may only use one of the following: Kekkei Genkai, Hidden ability, Advanced Element, Character ability (EG, FTG, mayfly, jashin), Custom clan or Custom element
Basic Choice: You may only choose one of the following: Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, Taijutsu&Kenjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Kinjutsu, Medical arts (must choose one of the 3 chosen fields: self empowered, med fuuin or poison), Yin/Yang
Advanced Ninjutsu: You can choose one of the following it it corresponds with your elements chosen: Rain (water release), sound, Smoke (fire release), Sensory, Puppetry, Ink
Universal Ability: You may choose to have one of the following as long as it corresponds with your above choices:
- Custom fighting style (requires you to have the chosen fields that make up the cfs)
- Summoning contract (includes sage mode)
- Eight Inner Gates (requires tai choice but includes LW)
- Curse mark
- Jinchuuriki
- Leg weights (requires tai)
Weapon: You may choose to have a custom weapon as long as it corresponds with the above choices. Weapons such as Samehada and Kusanagi will count as this choice, so will the seven swords of the mist.

Health:
- Unlike traditional events, this will be based on your health, rather than chakra. Meaning you will have to keep in mind jutsu that effect your health. Stuff that would normally kill you in a fight will lower your total health. Your starting health will be 200.
- When you lose all your health, you're out of the event
- The following will recieve health benefits:
Jinchuuriki +75
Med Ninja + 50
Rinnegan + 50 - Through this health system, it means that attacks that would normally kill you, may fail to do so. There are two ways for you to die, your health points reach 0, or you're decapitated.
- Loss of limbs, cuts, bruises etc will heal 1 turn after inflicted, like a form of regeneration.
- Just because an attack doesn't kill you, it doesn't mean you don't feel the pain and effects.
- An example of how this would work is if a user was hit by an A rank fire ball that would normally kill them, they would be hit by it, knocked back, suffer the damage, but still be able to fight, unless their health hit 0.
- This is a combination of limited health, games with health levels like mortal combat, soul calibur etc, and the cannon aspect of Jashin bios.
- Each Shinobi will have a provisions pack, this will contain a meal and a drink. The meal is for stamina and through eating it, you will regain 300 chakra points, this cannot take you above your characters basic chakra level. The drink is a special medical drink which is full of nutrients to help you heal, this will restore 75 of your health points. Neither of these can be used in combat.
- When it comes to custom summoning contracts, the user can only summon summons that can use elements they know. This doesn't not include contract based elements (Oil, venom etc).
- With your characters data card, you need to decide, are you inside the wall, looking for peace from the fighting, or still on the outside. You can be either, give a bit of background to why you are where you are.
- One member will be given the other seal to the wall, being able to open it from the outside. This will be a secret unless they disclose it.
- Outside of the wall, you are free to group up, form teams, clans etc, have a cause or just roam freely.
- Within the wall, you are mainly grouped together for survival, protection and stability, but you have a choice, as shinobi, you can join one of two factions within the wall, the Military Corps or the Survey Corps.
Military Corps: Charged with keeping peace within the walls.
Survey Corps: You are the front lines, those who seek to venture out of the walls and cleanse the world, so they can return to their normal life.
There will be a thread posted in the Konoha Town Sub Forum for all the story updates to be posted, and another thread where the story is update. You can post what you like, it's your story, if you have any questions, PM me. All fights will be held within the battle arena. Anyone can join at any time.
