I just watched it wasn't exactly like the one in the manga but it's good enough for me. To see him as a Hokage would be nice as well but whatever.
479 is the proper ending then I guess.

A lot of people are disappointed about this actually. I wish Shippuuden had ended with Naruto becoming Hokage since it was his main goal through the whole series. Instead what they gave us was the last episode being nothing else then just a bad filler. There is this OVA about his inauguration, but it doesn't feel the same.

The only aim of the Naruto Series/Franchise is for Naruto to become Hokage and the payoff never occurred. The OVA as you said, doesn't count because it's so random and has no lead-up to it. Plus, there is a huge GAP(Time-Jump) from the wedding(Naruto wasn't Hokage) to the Boruto Anime series(Naruto is the Hokage), that you're left with more questions than answers.
Maybe eventually we'll have a Naruto Gaiden that finally ties up the gigantic loose-ends but right now, it's just one big missing piece of this Naruto/Boruto puzzle.
