Sort of. Jews worship God, but they missed out on the fact that God was going to send someone to save them (Emmanuel aka Jesus), which was mentioned in the Old Testament. While some chose to worship Jesus, God's son, many other Jews rejected him.

Isaiah 7:14

"Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, a virgin will be with child and bear a son, and she will call His name Immanuel."

Matthew 1:22-23

"Now all this took place to fulfill what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet: "BEHOLD, THE VIRGIN SHALL BE WITH CHILD AND SHALL BEAR A SON, AND THEY SHALL CALL HIS NAME IMMANUEL," which translated means, "GOD WITH US."

It had gotten to the point that they even crucified Jesus, even though that was his purpose. Jesus died for our sins and be a gateway into Heaven as the King of Kings.

I mean both of them believe in old testament so do they have same God. From what I understand they do but major difference is that Jews don´t believe in Jesus.
Yes they have the same God and technically so does Islam. They are all 3 Abrahamic religions. Christianity stems from Judaism as does Islam. In both Judaism and Islam God asked Abraham to sacrifice his son to God as an test of faith. In Judaism the story goes that Abraham was asked to sacrifice his only son with his wife, Isaac. In Islam the story goes that Abraham had a child Ishmail before Isaac and it was Ishamil whom was asked to be sacrificed. So you see, in reality they're all 3 followings of the same God who spoke with Abraham.

Yes they have. To make a long story short to Christians Jesus is the messiah that was promised while Jews are still waiting for theirs.

Btw Jesus himself was a Jew, so that pretty much gives it away.

I mean they have same God who promised to send Messiah. Christian believe that is Jesus ,Jews not but they believe in the same God who made promise of Messiah.

Now Christian say that those who don´t believe in Jesus don´t believe in true God which in the same way does and does not make sense (I mean apart from Messiah part they both believe in God mentioned in old testament )

The only thing is that God promised them that Jesus will save them and the Jews rejected him without seeing clearly that he was the Messiah, because he went against their laws.

No. Our religions are entirely different.

Muslims worship Allah and Muhammed

Christians worship God and Jesus, who died for our sins
Why do you assume Im muslim???

But look, Muslims also believe in Jesus, the prophet before muhammed and there are many similarities, like the deadpool guy said, for example the abraham story

I thought christians and muslims believe in the same god
Jews, Christians, and Muslims all worship the same entity (God of Abraham), they just have different prophets which branched out into different religions (Judaism having no prophet).

Huh? You're making it complicated.

God promised to send his son to be sacrificed for their sins. It even says in the bible that "All fall short to the glory of God", which is why he paved the way to Heaven with Jesus.

It says in the bible:

John 3:16

"For God so loved the world, he gave his only begotten son, that whoever should believe in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

God promised the Jews a messiah and they rejected him anyway. Only a few Jews saw the truth and turned to Jesus, including his disciples.

God paved the way, he made his promises and swore an oath, but no one will take it, so it's their fault that they won't see the promised land once they cross that veil.

The religions are different, the god that is worshipped is not. Currently you are just being prejudiced in favor of Christianity. Jews are still waiting for their messiah, Christians have found him in Jesus and Muslims in Muhammed. Their god however is the same existence. Pretty sure Jesus is even mentioned in the Koran.

None of the religions make much sense, hence they are all divided into so many denominations.

If you believe in a monotheistic religion, yes. They are all the same God.

God as a concept for monotheistic religions is an entity of absolute EVERYTHING. Good, Bad, EVERYTHING and yet NOTHING.

So yeah. I often see those religious people as having 2 Gods though.

Because we are just despicable creatures like that.
I mean, why the hell does this Absolute omniscient omni-everything would bow down and cater to human beings and our whims and desires, our needs and all that?

Why do we put ourselves above this absolute being we call God, which we worship and yet expect it to serve us?

So that is why I believe that they have 2 Gods.

1 is this absolute ruler and the other is subservient to humankind.
The Devil really is just an escape goat but we say evil incarnate because again, if we put God beneath us, someone who would punish us for our bad deeds is clearly evil incarnate.

In any case, Judaism, Christianity and Islam are all monotheistic religion which makes it the same God.

All of them really are just a continuation of each other. Suppliments if you will since civilization progresses over time, many scripts must be added to keep up with the changes.

What Christians look at Islam is the same as Jews would look at Christianity.

Jews do not accept Jesus the same way Christians would not see Mohammed as another prophet.

In anycase, religion is the stuff of man so do not dwell on about it.
Unless religious people are being openminded to new ideas, not necessarily agreeing with it willynilly, then they really aren't religious people.

basic rules of God, of any monotheistic religion, are to do well to all creation. Did not specify that you must have favorites and such.
Only punish those who would do harm to all creation.

2 simple rules, yet noooope. So yeah 2 Gods.

All the same religion because we believe ultimately in our ego as being God.

To understand it in simple way *for you*

Tawrat(Torah) -> Injil(Gospel/Bible) -> Zabur -> Quran(Koran)

The order goes like that.

-Tawrat(Torah) - Prophet Musa AS(Moses) who leads the Jews. Moses was sent by God(Allah) to the Pharaoh of Egypt and the Israelites for guidance and warning.

-Injil(Gospel/Bible) - Prophet Isa AS(Jesus) who leads the believers that we know now as Christian. But pretty sure that current believers not believe in Allah.

-Zabur - Prophet Dawud AS(David)

-Quran(Koran) - Prophet Muhammad SAW. Who leads the establishment of Islam ad-Din.

God promised the Jews in the Old Testament that there will be a messiah and that messiah was Jesus Christ. But did they take it when he delivered them the promise.....no.

I think Emmanuel (Who is Jesus Christ) is mentioned in the Quran.

what a nice troll. That's just dialect.

God/Got is a german/normadic dialect for it.

you know what other people call God? Dio, Deus, Dios, etc.

much like how in Hebrew it is Yahweh and Arabic is Allah.

All the same, just different names. Like God's name before was solely Deus due to the Romans and now we know it simply as God due to the heavy english use in global communication

You're clearly not the one who should be speaking on behalf of an entire religion.
