I don't take any of the abilities that have yet to be seen here in the movie or manga as cannon. Until I actually see them in action I will not take them seriously. I laugh that the so called genius Bort has the lowest intelligence stats out of the new generation outside of Chocho who is just in her own little world sometimes. The one thing that makes not sense to me though is the medical abilities. If you include the Ino-Shika-Cho team both Mitsuki and Inojin are the only ones that have medical abilities. This makes no sense since it would be completely illogical that a book smart girl trained and raised by a top medical ninja like Sarada that clearly has great chakra control since she uses chakra enhanced strength to not know at least basic medical ninjutsu. I guess maybe it would be better just so it could not be used as an excuse to sideline her though like Sakura.

Mitsuki was tribute to Kabuto so it shouldn't come off as surprising. He has all the sage arts which equipped Medical capabilities. I bet inojin inherited his mother Ino healing ability. Ino may not be as good as Sakura but she is medical shinobi regardless.

There's a chance Sarada will end up having Byakugou, but who knows... I don't think that is really necessary more than one medical ninja in a team. One medic is just enough for each team.

I don't think it really matter when ino specialty is Mind Body Switch Technique and Sai is Super Beast scroll. Inojin has both of their specialty so adding medical ninjutsu feats to this factor isn't even stretch at all. Also if you havn't been paying attention to the interview, Kishi and the anime director wanted the new gen to have their own self identity. Sarada having medical technique means she has more dominant traits of Sakura than Sasuke. They want to make it balance.
