Sarada is book smart and uses chakra enhanced strength that requires the exact same type of chakra control needed to be a good medic. This is not about inheriting genetic abilities but learning abilities you clearly would be good at when you also clearly would be taught them.

IMO - Boruto is the fastest in base, has four stars in Ninjutsu, has four stars in evasion, and has 3 stars in hand-to-hand combat.

He's pretty much well rounded from those alone. Having stated to be great in Ninjutsu skills, great in mobility, and having medicre hand to hand combat.

That's minus the fact that Boruto has three elemental natures, while Sarada and Mitsuki have 1, and they didn't even count his Rasengan.

I dare say that he isn't the underdog anywhere.

The funny thing is that the only caliber ninjutsu Naruto has till this very day is Rasengan just with multiple varieties :lol Naruto has only 1 wind nature till he got SO6P Powerup.

The way it's setup, I don't think we will be seeing major training arcs for Team Konohamaru because they are mostly diverse with their skill sets. We might see a few things added here or there, but I don't necessarily think they need to go all out.

I mean like you said, Boruto already ecplipses Naruto's Part 1 (and even early Part 2 pre-Sage Mode) skill set in terms of versatility minus Oodama Rasengan and the Summoning Jutsu. But Boruto is going to be learning/mastering his seal in the future, so there's his major power up.... I think the additions will probably be Dojutsu for Boruto, Dojutsu upgrades for Sarada, and Mitsuki will probably master Sage Mode for longer time-frame.

But I don't think we'll see them learn/train. Not until the flash forward at least.

Still I don't think the purple lightning and his other nature elements ninjutsu has anything to do with the seal but like you said it is more have to do with his dojutsu and possibly his Yin&yang releases since Kaweki has that black rod.
