Ninjutsu and Physical Prowess
As a master of taijutsu, he is extremely physically strong, able to use his Strong Fist combat style to defeat an opponent with one punch and then send them flying through the wall behind them. He is also extremely physically fast, consistently able to attack an opponent before they're fully aware of his presence. Guy possesses inhuman stamina, due to self imposed training that is arduous, either having an almost impossible time limit or a needlessly difficult goal, such as doing 500 laps around Konoha while walking on his hands.
Eight Gates
With each gate he opens, Guy's physical speed, strength, and chakra levels increase; with each gate he opens, his body also takes more and more damage, with the opening of all eight gates causing eventual death.
He is proficient with nunchaku, and with his personal pair, Sōshūga, he can smash through rock

Ninjutsu and Physical Prowess
In terms of ninjutsu prowess, Shinnō's skills focused mostly on his knowledge of chakra and human physiology. He knew many Reincarnation Ninjutsu. He was even able to easily kill, or injure a person to the point of appearing dead, and then resurrect said person, even if it was himself. Shinnō was also well versed in Fūinjutsu, being capable of activating, and subsequently controlling, the flying fortress of Ancor Vantian through a seal.
Body Revival Technique: The principles of this technique is to take advantage of the muscles' ability to grow stronger after repairing itself from damage. Understanding this theory, the Body Revival Technique can repair the user's body and increase its strength by manipulating the "Destruction and Rebirth" cycle of the muscles.
This technique allows the user to survive any otherwise normally fatal damage and instantly heal from the damage. A unique trait of this technique is that it can momentarily give the user the appearance of death, fooling even the most talented medical-nins.
When combined with Dark Chakra, this technique can also be used to physically enhance the person's speed, strength and healing capabilities to superhuman levels. It also alters the person's physical appearance drastically, making them younger and more fit in looks, greatly bulking their muscular physique. By Shinnō's claim, this form allows him to perform techniques that are normally taxing for the body, including open all Eight Gates, without any drawbacks.
He is also skilled in Taijutsu.
Scenario: Just before Pain's attack on Konoha, Guy is given an S-rank mission to assassinate the leader of the resurging Sky country Ninja.
Battle Field: On board the Ancor Vantian
Conditions: No Intel for either side, Guy starts in base, and Shinno has activated his Body Revival Technique
