Sakura has her CES punches but she rarely hits her target, its usually the ground for AOE & Hinata being an adept byakugan/gentle fist user and ninja in general should be able to dodge any incoming jabs.

speaking of gentle fist, she can disrupt her chakra flow and cancel all that super strength.

that leads to byakugou as a backup generator but alas it too falls victim to a chakra disruption poke to the forehead which can be executed with moderate ease due to byakugan/gentle fist pin pointing skills.

even if we throw out the chakra disruption, her byakugan/gentle fist is the 1st or 2nd most lethal fighting style of the leaf. Shits on Sakura and Tsunades street brawler fighting style. She even reached 8 trigrams 32 palms by the war arc or was it 64?

Sakura would need to pull a fast one like summon a rock to trip her then smash on the ground near Hinata.

stop playing, sakura dont wear bras . but im mainly talking Hinata's arsenal as a byakugan/gentlefist user(didnt even bring in hamura chakra) versus Sakura's ces/katsuyu/medical ninjutsu. thats why i say most likely, sakura is indeed more experienced in fighting but Hinata isnt afraid to do what she has to do and push her limit either as we seen against Neji and also Pein/Momoshiki when Naruto was in danger.
