I have developed ... what? Well, for one I have written professionally. Not that it's all that important, but I have also studied literary criticism. I hope that satisfied your curiosity. Shikamaru is even a character? He's a caricature. No, wait, I believe I am insulting caricatures as Charles Dickens also wrote them. Hinata is garbage and i don't see that changing if she was on the team afterall its still kishi and a female and we all know how that is.

Kishimoto admitted he didn't develop Sakura because he knew people hated her and knew people wouldn't take an interest in her if the manga focused on her, unlike with Hinata, where he knew she was popular and kept getting popular even with her massive absence from the manga at times. So yeah, arguing that it would still be the same because its Kishimoto is pretty flawed when he deleibrately ignored Sakura due to people hating her, which is not the case with Hinata.

Neji and Hinata were more or less on the same level in noteworthiness in the manga. Neji has his fight with Hinata, Naruto, Kidomaru, and his death. Hinata has her fight with Neji, speech to Naruto, her confession, Neji's death speech, and the Last.

This doesn't make sense at all. If you actually observe Hinata's character in part 1, before she was turned into a trophy wife for the Savior of the World, her character was the same as Naruto (gaining acknowledgement) and Lee (becoming stronger despite many failures) and Choji (burden of being Clan's next leader & lack of self-confidence), all characters who got proper development, and what a shocker, all of who were male characters.

Thing is, Kishimoto loves telling rather than showing, a major flaw in his stories. We're just supposed to believe Naruto/Sasuke are best pals even though there's a VERY apparent lack of development. We're supposed to believe Choji/Karui love each other despite no panel time. We're supposed to believe Momoshiki and Kinshiki are bigger threats than Kaguya when they were taken out in a few minutes. We're supposed to just believe Sakura surpassed Tsunade despite no feats. We're supposed to just believe the Senju/Uzumaki are super-strong without any clan-wide feats. We're supposed to just believe Naruto achieved world peace despite no reason to even believe this. We're supposed to just believe the Seven Mist Swordsman are super amazing despite getting off-paneled.

That's the same treatment Kishimoto gave Hinata. He off-paneled her struggle to gain strength, independence, acknowledgement from her family and to become a proper leader (which she isn't atm because she's nothing short of a trophy wife) and just tells us to believe it happened. Even in the databook, he says nonsense like how Hinata and Neji love each other (which I don't deny), but it is done all off panel, he says nonsense like Hinata finally having overcome her weak self and become a strong shinobi, yet refuses to show those results on panel and simply expects us to believe she improved.

Do you seriously still want to say none of this would have been developed had she gotten focus??

mentioning stuffs like background or byakugan or whatever is pointless as we all know all that would not be explored.

This doesn't make sense either. The Byakugan got neglected because they didn't belong to any main characters, and you are literally saying this wouldn't change a thing if the eye did belong to a main character.

Like with Hinata, the clan was ignored despite how many plot lines were left to explore. We never see Neji and Hinata's bond developing (like with Shikamaru and Choji), we never learn what the "Secrets" of the Byakugan are, we never see the caste system being done away with, we have Yamato bring up the Cloud-Hyuga issue and Danzo deal with Ao's Byakugan rather than actual Hyugas, we have no Neji-Hizashi fight in the war, we never learn why Hiashi knows of their alien origins, we have no Neji-Hinata team work during the war (talking more than two panels), we have no Hiashi acknowledging Hinata's growth (which was one of the main points of her P1 character), and the Hyuga are constantly kept away from pretty much any real involvement with the Ootsutsuki.

And these are only considering canon issues with the Byakugan/Hyuga. Had there been a Byakugan-using MC, there would naturally have been more plot lines that would have been brought up, like maybe Orochimaru wanting the Byakugan alongside the Sharingan.

He was also able to hold Orochimaru's soul for an hour long despite being stabbed through the chest by the Sword of Kusangi.

Moments after sealing parts of his soul away to seal the Edo Hokage and exhausting his remaining Chakra on Kage Bunshin, he was still able to easily disarm Orochimaru from his Sword of Kusangi with great ease and catch him to prepare his sealing Jutsu. He was also able to easily break through the Shinju branches and save Naruto despite Tobirama and Minato unable to get through.

You Hinatards really are something. No Sakura especially in part 1 was not a good character. That does not mean that Hinata is a good character either. She is pathetic in her own way and it would just be magnified if she got more screen time. Kishi was not going to show direct romance until the end so Naruto would have had to be more oblivious than ever and Hinata would probably start doing things that you don't like to make things interesting because otherwise it would be boring as anything. It would have been better if he just made Sakura better or replaced her with a completely different character that he actually put effort into. Though since he is so bad at females maybe the third member should have just been a guy.

I never stated that it can't damage anything. The point is skill. Hinata lacks it. She always has. And, a tap has to be well-placed and go for the critical areas for it to make a difference as you stated. Take the example of Chidori. It's literally a one-hit assassination tech, and it would have easily killed Itachi in part I had it connected. But, Sasuke lacked the skill to make it connect, albeit it was powerful enough to completely tear open a concrete wall and utterly destory a very thick adjacent wall and peel off parts of Sasuke's own skin.

And yet, it accomplished nothing. Itachi easily grabbed his wrist, broke it to stop the flow and he was done as he could no longer make handseals.

i also did think that hinata stood a chance against pain due to her byakugan as it can have sight of the chakra system but my expectations was completely shattered. So i dont know it was due to lack of her skills or she was reckless.

Yes, I agree. She simply lacks the skills . It is also similar to her fight with Pain . She had the Twin Lion gentle fist technique, a Jutsu with destructive damage and larger AOE, that is able to damage or kill just if the lion heads that is covering her palm made contact with the victim. Yet Pain have managed to counter all her attacks pretty easily blast her with ST.

and she also lacks the speed. Her speed feats are ____ , probably on par with Shikamaru's.
