How different would team 7 be if Hinata was team instead of Sakura in part 1?

I doubt it Sasuke didn't like Sakura obsessing over him and she didn't train.

Hinata may think only about Naruto but Hinata trains, something that Sasuke prefer seeing.

Sakura doesn't train when given choice, while Hinata trains when given the choice.

Sasuke didn't like Sakura's fangirliness and lack of training or care for her career as a shinobi, yet still accepted her friendship, Hinata would be far more appealing as a person for Sasuke since she is the opposite of Sakura.

Hinata was forced to train from a young age by her family and still is as weak as trash. Also as far Hinata being so nice she is the one that watched Naruto suffer as a kid and used it to make herself feel better about herself and still did nothing to help him out from his loneliness. That is worse than being mean to people you do not really care about. She knew he was suffering and did nothing to help him.



I am saying that having everyone on the team with tragic back stories get's stale and can be kind of boring, Having someone with a normal life when they start out can be a good way to set up the team. It's just he did not focus on it or develop it in a way that was good. Also the reason I wanted Hanabi is she comes across as someone that is skilled and would kick butt. What team seven really needed for a third member was not someone that was weak and just used for the romance side story but actually competent skill wise and able to hold their own in combat. Hopefully it seems like the new team seven is much more balanced with all the members being quite strong in their own right.

A heck of a lot less drama and we'd be able to see NaruHina grow.
But i'm not sure if that would have been the best choice still. As much as i love Hinata and would have loved for her to have been on team 7, the teams make sense. Team 8 being a scout/tracking team makes sense together. And with Hinata being on team 7 i think it'd take away a bit from the main storyline and it being a Shōnen.

Hinata would have been too much of a good choice imo. As far as story telling goes, Sakura is a good match due to how complicated her character and her growth had been. Hinata's story is obvious, she trains hard with some minor set backs, we know she would have been amazing. Sakura spices things up and i do feel that she does add to the dynamic of the team. It's all kinda sweet and sour imo. xD Regardless Hinata team 7 <3. yes pls.
