He does not fear him more than Big mom but he is the strongest memeber in Big mam's crew seconded only to the captain herself. By bounty alone katakuri seems able to Jack's degree of level (could be way higher) so it's safe to assume he can beat doffy and his 3 super officers.

I think right now it's safe to assume Yonkos commanders can most probably beat Doffy in one on one fight.
As for the part Capone fears Katakuri, I think it's because he can stop the assassination plot if he sees through Capone's treachery/plan and possibly informs BM about what is happening around her.

Jack has a 1 bil bounty because he destroys shit. But Katakuri is calm and serious. Not a maniac. The government gave him such a high bounty because he is powerful and not because he destroys things and kills for no reason.

This is BMs strongest commander most likely so of course he's going to be stronger than Doflamingo. This guy should be Marco level honestly. Unless you guys think BM has been holding her own as Yonko for all these years without having a Marco equivalent in her crew, that would just be silly.
