He didn't even use half his power. The guy went untouched against Pica

He used his full power, which was enough to crush him effortlessly.

One of the worst fights in One Piece, ever. Pica should've pushed the moss-head to at least 101%.

Yes and No.

Zoro's full power potential is Asura. The mere fact he didn't execute is means he didn't go to full power. However, in regards to Santoryu the move he executed is historically he strongest attack of the mode. It has been used against Mihawk and Oar enemies who were substantially superior in strength to him. In that regards Zoro did use his full strength to finish (Golem/FBH Pika). It just so happens tin doing so the power gap was so large he stumped him. This situation is oddly similar to Luffy vs Noah. Nobody can sit there and state Luffy didn't go all out. However, we discover much later on he had stronger mode in his arsenal.

This however I will not say that, that was all of zoro energy because if I remember correctly he wasn't left panting like luffy after the Noah

Nope, Zoro didn't used Ashura which is enough to prove that he didn't used everything he got.

new attack? he used that shit before ts and even then it was out of odas ass.
He used that attack in EL(if I m not wrong) and their is a good chance that we will get an explanation about Ashura once Wano arc starts.

Hell no i dont think so he wasnt even exhausted. Im starting to think none of the straw hats used their full power but luffy and i just think thats because luffy hasnt gotten fully accustomed to conquerors haki yet but gear 4th isnt his full power
