The Avaricious gracing the battlefield with his presence began to survey the field, searching for the poor soul he would devour today. Wanting the battle to last Taek would quickly summon his most trusted partner Castor, as he quickly bit his tongue the blood trickling down onto the tattoo and summoning the beast in a plethora of water, that would be instantly transformed into mist that would travel throughout the battlefield.

(Same Kuchiyose: Kyasutā) - Shark Summoning: Castor

Description: Deep within the water country, in the village hidden in the mist dwelled a species of shark, within the dense fog lived a small yet incredible dangerous animal this animal dubbed by Taek as the Scavengers. Although the sharks were much smaller there their usual size, they compensated by using their unusual ability to swim and manipulate mist. These sharks were capable of expelling suiton from there skin, increasing the density of the mist around them to the point where the water vapor was far thicker than normal, but not solidified like regular water. Of these sharks was a teenage shark by the name of Castor. Castor is capable of merging with the mist, hunting down enemies stealthy as well as manipulating the mist around them with a power comparable to that of an A-rank water technique (this manipulation ability works in both ways, Castor can turn water into mist). Castor's last ability deals with the mist as well. Castor is capable of refracting light off the mist to turn it completely dark or blindingly bright at his leisure, due to all of his time living in the mist with the other schools of shark. This final ability is B-rank in power, and all of these abilities take away the appropriate amount of chakra for their rank.

Note: Cannot summon other sharks while Castor is on the field
Note: Castor although being summoned in water can and will immediately manipulate it into a plethora of mist.
Note: Lasts four turns in mist, or three turns without.
Note: Can only be taught by Jᴀʏ.

After summoning the beast, Taek would transform his body to one of smoke, manipulating himself into a gaseous and milky white substance.

(Kemuri no Katachi) - Body of Smoke
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short-Long

Description: A technique very much similar to the Hozuki Clan's Hydrification Technique, the user is able to transform themselves into a smoke-like state by channeling chakra throughout their body. In this form, the user becomes immune to all Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and gas-related techniques unless they are elementally based. They can also manipulate the appropriate chakra for smoke, fire, and any of their own gas-related techniques. The user has complete control over the density of their smoke-like state, allowing them to solidify up to two appendages at once in order to wield standard shinobi tools for freeform combat and basic Ninjutsu/Kenjutsu purposes. This also allows them to use their own body as a source for smoke ninjutsu. However, the user is subject to smoke's weaknesses and strengths. A simple B-Rank Wind jutsu can knock them out of this form, forcing them back to their original body for sometime before they are able to transform themselves once again. As such, this technique forces the user to employ careful, yet effective strategies when it is in effect.

Note: User may not use any sort of speed boost in this form and will stay rooted to the ground.
Note: If knocked out of this form, user may not return to it for two turns.
Note: User is also subject to weather effects that may potentially harm their form
Note: Can only be used by smoke bios.

Drizzt stood opposite his opponent he could feel the evil intent within him pouring out the stench of it was all to strong, he saw the man quickly begin drawing blood and swiping down his tattoo and quickly summoned what appeared to be a shark which quickly dispersed into a mist (Drizzt wouldn't know he merged with the mist obviously) As the mist began to spread Drizzt was cautious "so your shark can be like harry houndini and just poof into smoke? what a unique ability or a very deceptive justu" Drizzt knew though that this mist was situational cause now the opponent has lost sight of his opponent and Drizzt couldnt sense any negative thoughts towards him yet making this mist work to his advantage. Drizzt knew he would have to clear the mist as it was his opponent justu after all Drizzt perform 2 hand seals and cause a dome to spread behind his opponents last know position spreading 5 meters behind him while manipulating the air around himself to form an armour around him. Very quickly the dome would compress and Drizzt armour would expand, placing his opponent and his shark (still unknown to Drizzt) at the meeting point causing all the mist to be spread and dispersed and the opponent heavily damaged.

(Futon: Nepuchūn no Kurai) | Wind Release: Neptune's Cry

Description: The user begins by forming two quick handseals and initiates the technique. The user then manipulates the air around him (very close range) to form an armor around his body. He can also do this by releasing the wind chakra from his body. In quick succession (the same timeframe), a dome of wind is created far away from him (such that the opponent is between the dome walls and the user). The armor and the dome, both are A-Ranked in strength, although their thickness (and size of the dome) vary according to the user's requirements. In a quick movement, the armor expands and the dome compresses. They both change at a very high pace, carrying dust and debris and all sort of obstacles with them, to meet the target at the center, where they collide and cause a huge blast. Should the collision happen in the short-range to the user, he will get affected too. So it is best to be used against an opponent standing mid-range from him. The technique explodes similar to two electrons colliding with each other and releasing a large amount of energy. Anyone caught inside will have their bones broken and smashed internal organs. The dome has to be created at least five meters away from the opponent.

Note: Can only be used twice.

Drizzt would then perform the necessary handseals and causes rain to begin to pour from the sky formed with his own charka, so if the mist wasnt cleared he would be able to sense the opponents charka "so what is your name? seemed you faced me with out much talk you should get to know your maker before you die.."


(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Castor being merged with the mist would travel towards his opponent, the young shark being capable of hunting down opponents within the mist would realize that the Noldor was attempting to use a jutsu, this fact apparent through his usage of handseals. The shark would communicate this fact with Taek. The young shinobi would then manipulate his fire chakra, forming a plethora of ash to spew outwards all around him and towards the Noldor. The ash would set the wind aflame, the mist dousing out the wind technique in turn, as the ash traveled undetected through the now destroyed attempt at killing him. In the same time frame, Castor would manipulate the mist to form a plethora of spears to surround the Noldor from all directions, and just two meters away. The shark would launch these spears forward, cancelling out the wind armor technique. Despite the nature of his technique and the effects it might have, Taek's ash technique was simply a defensive measure. The same can be said for Castor's mist spears, realizing that the armor would expand and disperse the mist the young shark was merged with.

(Katon: Haijingakure no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Hiding in Ash and Dust Technique

Description: The user expels chakra-infused ash that blankets a wide area, burning anyone who comes in contact with it. The technique can also be used as a powerful deterrent from attacks as well as a highly effective smokescreen.

After launching the ash technique Taek would dash forwards muffling his steps as Castor reduced the density of the mist in front of Taek. Taek would go around Drizzet in an arc or half circle, and appear just five meters behind him.

(Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique

Description: Muon Satsujin Jutsu, the ability to commit a silent homicide, is a technique to dispatch your foe with no warning. Your quick speed and skills will instantly kill them before they can provide a defense. Best tactic is when used with Hidden Mist jutsu. The technique works by having the user focus his chakra and his complete attention on moving fluidly, rapidly but muffling any sound he may make while moving as well as his presence, etc. It doesn't suppress his chakra or hides it but it can make the opponent virtually undetected if he manages to get on the opponents blind spot.

"As you can tell I'm not one for small talk, but it seems you took the words right out of my mouth. I myself was wondering whether I should afford you the simple courtesy of knowing the man who shall end your life. I am called Taek Jae Kal, The Avarcious." Taek said, his voice echoing outwards throughout the battle confusing the man of his whereabouts.

(Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique

Drizzt knew he was at great disadvantage in this wind not being able to see or sense at the current moment, but then all of a sudden his intent sensing alerted him to two sources thinking of negative thoughts and he was surrounded by them not being able to pinpoint where they was though Drizzt heared his wind being destroyed and sensed that an attack was now incoming for him so he slammed his hands on the ground causing the ground to be raised below him upwards, reaching the height of 20 meters and now out of the mist fully he knew the opponent must of be gifted with mist techniques and it was a great danger being within one at all but with sensing another charka while they attacked separate this meant that the shark earlier is also merged withing the mist "Hmm seems his summon is very clever cohering attacks with themselves impressive but not enough to even corner me but seeing as you insit on hiding i will remain up here until you stop hiding like a coward"

The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

Alright as agreed, my ash would just cancel your Moving Earth Core and you'd fall back down to earth


Castor almost smiled as the elf began to fall back down, his mighty pillar being crumpled by his partner's ash. As the Noldor began to fall into the mist, he would manipulate the mist to turn it blindingly bright, preventing him from seeing anything around him just as Taek who could hear the crumpling of rock, drew his sword expelling a red chakra blast towards his opponent that would cut him in half and end the battle prematurely, his position having beem revealed by Castor.

Just after the wave of red chakra was expelled Castor would manipulate the mist just behind the Noldor, forming a half sphere that prevent him from escaping the crimson wave.

As the pillar began to fall down onto the mist below which would obstruct some of what could be move through seeing as a big block of earth will now be in the middle, Drizzt would jump onto the earth pillar as it began to fall gathering charka at his feet so he could stay stuck to the top without falling off, He would do this so shorten the gap before he could jump off and land back onto the ground. as the jump was shorting Drizzt sensed that a charka wave was incoming towards him he would gather his earth and make stones cover his body forming an earth armour that would tank the charka wave and then Drizzt would then remain onto of the pillar now back in the mist.

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to B rank ninjutsu techniques but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

Drizzt would then form the rat handseal and reates and controls air currents from the palms forming a large field of raging air currents and gusting winds. The technique expands quickly, rapidly spanning through all of the battle field gathering debris, dust and other small particles in its path causing the surrounding mist around him to disperse and including Castor as he would no longer be in the mist so he allocated time would be up and Taek would have to counter or be injured. "So you deciding to come out yet then? or you gonna remain hiding forever"

As the man began to summon what appeared to be an armor of earth to surround him Taek smiled, the armor would break and Castor would quickly manipulate the mist surrounding the man to form into plethora of spears, just a meter away. The spears would be launched with blinding speed and pierce the man. After that two more spears would appear an completely different entity then those that had been launched initially. Just as Taek formed released a dense smog of smoke to expand throughout the battlefield. It seemed the mist he was using would soon be useless as Castor's time on the battlefield was drawing to an end.

(Senpuku Kemuri Kangoku no Jutsu) - Blinding Smoke Screen Technique

Description: While engaged in battle and wishing to retreat tactfully, the user will create an extremely thick smokescreen from their mouths that will blind the enemy and cause them to cough violently. The user can then attack freely. Inside this smoke screen, targets will struggle to breathe and see as the smoke not only hinds their eyesight, but causes them to breathe properly. Three turns inside the smoke screen will cause any target to pass out.
Note: If used under a smoke-like state, the user can expel the smoke from his own body into a radius around him.
Note: Can only be used by smoke bios

Drizzt armour would tank the charka wave and as he landed he would stand his sensing would yet again alert him to someone having negative intent in forming an attack, seeing the spears being formed Drizzt would transform his body into liquid to avoid the spears, he would seep into water as the spears past through him he would then move to the right in the mist from where he was just attacked by the spears and reform into his normal self.

(Suiton: Mizu Kawarimi) - Water Style: Water Replacement

Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form

Drizzt builds an large amount of charka and then bites his thumb to draw blood and swipes it down on his summoning tattoo on his right hand and slamming his hand on the ground he then a massive poof of smoke appears and summoning Gamabunta causing a mist within its self with a large shadowy outline would be shown until the smoked cleared, when it did Gamabunta would be shown to Taek and Drizzt would be standing ontop his head now well clear out of the fog thus not being harmed. Gamabunta would be smoking his pipe puffing some smoke out before he spoke "hmmm what is the meaning of this?" looking up he would see Drizzt stood ontop his head "You there boy, you have some nerve summoning me i was just about to enjoy my sake..." Drizzt would bow to show his respect to the boss toad "My most humble apolgises but our enemey is very skilled and stealthy being merged within a mist that covers the battlefield you being the most skilled toad and tallest i figured you be best for the job" "Hmm ill give you a chance squirt now hold on tight"

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Gamabunta) Summoning Technique: Gamabunta
Type: Defensive, Supplementary

Range: Short (summoned beneath the user)

Description: Gamabunta, literally meaning "Toad Boss", is the boss of the toads of mount Myobokuzan. An enormous summon (about 100 meters high), he carries a large Tanto (simple, square katana) on his back that he wields with great proficiency. He is very found of his smoking pipe and tends to be somewhat harsher than most toads, specially when he's summoned to "troublesome" situations. His sons are Gamakichi and Gamatatsu. Besides his enormous size and his immense strength and proficiency with a tanto, he is also a master of Water release, capable of using water techniques up to S-Rank. His large size and strength renders him immune to all B-Rank and below ninjutsu. A trait he shares with most Toads is the ability to use Oil Techniques, like spitting large amounts of flammable oil to combo with his summoners techniques.

Note: Requires signing the Toad Contract
