It's pretty obvious what Momoshiki meant by that. One who defeats a "god" cannot live a normal life because everyone expects great things from them. It's the same reason why he exclaimed it was a shame Naruto could not pass down Kurama and why after their meeting, Bolt's fame and people's expectations were explicitly showcased.

And yes, Kaguya is dead. The only thing that remains is the Demonic Statue. Her body/consciousness does not currently exist.

First, the new guy that told that to Boruto clearly isn't Momoshiki, he doesn't talk like him, he doesn't act like him, he doesn't look like him, he has feats momo never showed, Momoshiki's wearing were almost destroyed during the fight, it isn't Momoshiki.
He gave power to Boruto by touching his hand and he did that just after he saw his future.Boruto may unintentionally help the new guy in the future with these powers.

Second, Kaguya is alive in the seal, if you unseal her like Black zetsu did 1000 years after she was sealed by her sons, she will come back.

It sounds bad but it could be done right. If nardo sauce undoes the seal or she escapes in some other way.

She would have lost her juubi chakra so she's a regular ootsusuki again (still powerful)
She sees her zetsu plan is futile and that ootsusuki have already started invading.
Momoshiki and Kinshiki have already been killed so maybe she can rely on humans.
She could tell her side of her story as well as the full origin and plans of ootsusuki.
Naruto and Sasuke are her grandkids. Boruto & Sarada great grandkids.
She trains Himawari acknowledging her potential.
Kawaki kills her to gain the seal.

Just because he refers to humans differently since he was defeated doesn't mean he isn't Momoshiki. He looks exactly like him and he didn't correct Bolt when referred to as Momoshiki. His garments being destroyed doesn't mean anything either because he is dead now. He also showed no new powers that could have differentiated himself from before.

His face is exactly the same, his horns are obviously broken, his hair is the same accounting for it being free instead of in a ponytail, and obviously he wouldn't have a third Rinnegan because he no longer is fused with Kinshiki. In fact, he looks so much like Momoshiki that Bolt thought (knew) it was him.

3. You're simply mistaking a new character for Momoshiki's soul. If it is his soul as I say, then it is similar to when Hagoromo met Naruto and Sasuke. He can manipulate how the scenario looks. Besides, the wind was shown moving, so obviously time did not really stop. He didn't even turn invisible, Bolt just didn't look at the right place.

If you follow BZ's method, she will come back, it isn't clear if BZ is needed in the process to unseal Kaguya.
