She would have lost her juubi chakra so she's a regular ootsusuki again (still powerful)
She sees her zetsu plan is futile and that ootsusuki have already started invading.
Momoshiki and Kinshiki have already been killed so maybe she can rely on humans.
She could tell her side of her story as well as the full origin and plans of ootsusuki.
Naruto and Sasuke are her grandkids. Boruto & Sarada great grandkids.
She trains Himawari acknowledging her potential.
Kawaki kills her to gain the seal.

Regardless, Kaguya is dead and can only return if she gets the chakra of the Ten-Tails, since the Demonic Statue doesn't transform until then. ya' know they can really use an ass pull , such as... the Kaguya that Nardo and sauce have sealed was just a weakened clone , while the real Kaguya is still sealed in the moon , that's why she didn't use her full power against them , because she was just a clone

and when she escapes from the moon , Naruto and Sasuke have to train with the sage of six paths to learn how to use their powers to seal her , now that would be cool
