I genuinely fail to see how Neji parries her attack. The amount of force condensed in her fist alone would dismember anyone upon any sort of physical contact whatsoever. Neji's only chance is to disrupt her chakra flow, but that wouldn't work in the way that it is being described here since the chakra would've already been released before-hand and Byakugou would still supply her with a constant flow of chakra regardless.

The goal is to redirect sakura's’s force to Neji's advantage, with him exerting minimal force , using Sakura's force and momentum against her, by leading the attack in a direction to where Neji will be advantageously positioned with Sakura off balance for a small instant. He leads the attack away from himself instead of meeting the attack with a block , meeting the force with zero resistance, like a projectile glancing off a surface without damaging it. He wont be overwhelmed since he isn't trying to oppose her power nor is he anywhere near the receiving end of her fist.

Kicks can be dodged easier than the punches. He's a Taijutsu master who can most likely physically evade and/or keep up with Lee's swift high speed kicks while in 2nd Gate so im not sure why Sakura's kicks would blitz him or put him in a position where he cant counter. In Taijutsu , movements play a big part in how it flows , one simple movement from a superior fighter can instantly put the inferior fighter in a bad position and Neji's style is a fighting style made up of movements allowing the practitioner a wider range of motion and full use of momentum, without giving his opponent much of a chance for a direct kick/fist while simultaneously staying in close quarters.
Jyuken's circular evasive nature is shown by the practice of moving behind/around an attacker, so that the opponent cannot easily harm the practitioner. This is all superfluous, Neji's only means to accomplishing this is through internal damage or chakra disruption, both of which are ameliorated by Sakura's Byakugou. Therefore, Neji needs the force and momentum necessary to parry her attack in the first place which will fail since Jyuuken is lacking in this. Not even Kabuto who was faster than Rusty Tsunade was confident in his ability to parry her attacks and resorted to evasive tactics instead; a simplistic tactic like that would never work.

Byakugou's chakra is derived from another source completely detached from the user's chakra points, hence why Byakugou users can regenerate damage in spite of their chakra network containing these tenketsu and organs being ruptured completely. Jyuuken isn't an issue for Sakura.

Much of the force is derived from CES, so the momentum she did display didn't have nearly as much of an impact as her CES did. Either way, she wasn't using Byakugou, so when we do factor in Byakugou, she can at least accomplish of a feat of this magnitude.
Do you mind refreshing my memory on what Air Palm can do? I don't believe it's powerful enough to even halt Sakura.
I'm still confused as to how Neji is gingerly redirecting Sakura's attacks when they would blaze through his limbs upon contact. So he can redirect her momentum, but what if she released all of that shattering strength the moment his fist makes contact with hers?
The Chakra is built up then released from the fist , why would it blaze through his limb if he re-directs the fist away from himself in a manner such as this?
