Appearance
Like his father, King is a tall and muscular man with long, spiky green hair though his hair is messier than his. He has green eyes unlike his father but like him he has no visible eyebrows. Most of his exposed body is covered in sets of simple, round studs. The most visible studs are on his face, with three of them right above his eyes (acting as "eyebrows" of a sort), three on each side of his nose, and two on his chin, just below his mouth. His ears are adorned by two sets of five earrings each. He also sports four studs on each of his forearms, with his right one being covered in scars. King's usual outfit consists of a shabby, black, sleeveless tunic with studded edges, with a studded belt around his waist, loose whitish pants tucked inside studded black boots, and a pair of studded brown gloves paired with similarly studded wristbands. He also sports a distinctive wing-like ornament, seemingly made of feathers jutting upwards, over his right shoulder, attached to his tunic by a large stud.
Though he doesn't always wear the same. In his later years he adapted a new persona to go un noticed in the world. He was often seen wearing a pauldron over his right shoulder, a tightening chain over his neck, to steel bracelets coupled with leather gloves, and white harem pants with black combat boots with a steel cuff at each top part of the boot. He also has wears what appears like a leather wrestler's belt (don't know the name).
Personality
King is truly impeccable unlike his father. He will analyze things down to the smallest degree and tends to overthink which becomes tiring for him. And while he may appear lazy, his mind is running through several simulations at once. He finds the less he talks or does the better he can focus on the best outcome and uses this tactic to disguise his true intentions. King is particular and thoughtful in the process of his day and takes love more seriously than most other people of his clan. Elias feels more comfortable when there is a balance of personal space and social gatherings. While King isn't very good at not worrying too much he is at least prepared when things should go awry. Despite his serious nature, as a master adept, King knows when to loosen up. This has allowed him to be a very good people person and is known to be the life of the party. Despite being different from his father, King shares his bravery, resiliency, and musical talent although King always admits his father is far superior to him in every way. He is determined however to always make his father proud even at the expense of his life.

Background Information
It is unsure how King came to be as even his father, Gajeel, fails to recollect his birth or details of King's mother other than he was born somewhere in the Land of Earth. Her absence was of no consequence to King as he himself created a mental image of what his mother looked like and her personality. Growing up as a kid was tough considering Gajeel was always busy with work. This didn't affect him tremendously as he was always under the care of loving people in the village. King doesn't recall the name of the village but it was small and friendly. Over the years since being a kid, his father would train him here and there. This gave King an edge against most opponents who had been traditionally taught in the Ninja Academy. Only having met his father several times a year, King came to admire him greatly even to the point of working hard to one day be able to use the coveted "Steel Release" like him. It took him many trying years of blood, sweat, and tears but he finally had a breakthrough. With his efforts finally paying off, King went on a journey to find his father's teacher, one knowledgeable in the art of bending metal. Little did he know the surprise that was in store for him...
