I think that was probably the biggest lowpoint of handouts in this series, kishi didn't even try to be creative anymore. lol

When the power of handouts reached moon level, no level of genius can match it power-wise and even intellect-wise.

Example: Minato knows not to touch TSB and he examined it and later got the idea on how far TSB can travel and by getting it far from Juubi jin, TSB lost its connection with the user. But that is the far he can go. He still unable to beat Juubi jin using his arsenal+intellect.
