I don't deny EMS is using someone else power, since that requires using someone else body part which is someone else eye. But as for Naruto he has an entire Bijuu body along with 8 other Bijuu in himself.

Basically Sasuke has Itachi eyes and Hagoromo chakra which gives Rinnengan, while Naruto got Kurama entire body along with 8 Bijuus and Hagoromo chakra which gives RSM.

I hope Boruto will be different and doesn't rely on borrowed Dojutsu like Sasuke or Bijuu like Naruto.

Sasuke used the tailed beasts to power his Susano'o, in comparison to Naruto who relied on Kurama's chakra the majority of the fight.

Itachi's eyes are simply meant to stop blindness, they didn't give Sasuke any new powers, or more chakra.

Being able to see other people's moves before they even occur should end any and all chances of being hit, but this bonus was eliminated after part 1 of the show for some reason, allowing Sasuke to be hit by people that he was just as fast as, and able to see through.
