I was talking more about tactics as well as technique usage.

LOL they don't understand any of the characters. The first episode of Sasuke's Shin-den had Naruto ask Kurama for help to make a few shadow clones, and then form one rasengan to do something illogical. It was like watching a Naruto cliche happen in person.

That also goes for the other characters

When Sakura was going to take a stimulant pill, Kakashi warned her it won't be good for her because she's a little girl. Sakura got mad and simply ignored his statement causing Kakashi to comment on what upset her. That's when Temari claimed it is sexual harassment. Though I don't see how exactly it was sexual harassment, maybe a translation error or something.

As for your first question, no I'm pretty sure this wasn't in the manga.
