I think it's finally time to pass down a little gift to the wielder of Kagutsuchi.
What can you tell me about the technique simply by reading it? Any potential usages? Any downsides? Positive notes?

Description: After performing the Tiger → Ox hand seals, the user will release huge amounts of fire chakra into the air within range. The user will open either one-three fiery walls(s) ten by ten meters in dimensions. These ten by ten meter fiery red wall(s) can be created at least ten meters away from the desired target, or three meters behind the user himself to be used as frontal protection. The wall(s) can be created in any direction imaginable, slanted, behind, above, aides etc, as long as they stay "flat" like a wall and not curved. These walls are unable to be created underneath the opponent. As the wall(s) are created, countless ripples can be seen, as fire-based weapons emerge from within each individual ripple, ranging from long double edged swords to spears, maces, and even halberds, retaining their average size. The user has complete control of where the weapons will emerge within the portal, this is to avoid self inflicted damage should he choose to utilize the wall(s) behind him. The fire-based weapons will be seen emerging very slowly as if in slow-motion, however at any moment, the user can release all weapons simultaneously as a wave of projectile attacks by causing the ripples to "burst" sending them at increased speed. The speed in which the projectiles travel can be compared to "Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique". Although tangible, the fire-based projectiles can punch through concrete like other similar fire techniques.
Notes:
- Can be used three times per battle
- No other A ranked or above fire techniques in the same turn
- No other Gate of Babylon techniques in the same turn
- No fire techniques above S rank next turn

Basically allows you to create three, somewhat 2d walls of fire that act as portals or producers that will produce and launch dense and somewhat tangible weapons made of fire.
Well, you could just use it like a standard fire projectile, but depending on the scenario you could twist it to perform varying tasks or roles.
Unfortunately you have to create it a set distance from the opponent, and 10 meters is quite a large gap, especially depending on your placement of them, as the enemy could potentially just dash out of the line of fire with an appropriate technique.
Positive notes is that you can create it away from you at varying angles.

Description: By focusing his chakra throughout his entire body and releasing it in a surge, the user will manifest a throne made entirely on chakra depending on the affinity that it was infused with.(Earth, Fire, Lightning, Water, Wind) This throne protects the user from the flank and also underground attacks. With the snap of his finger, the user can cause an entire S-Rank shock-wave to be released in all directions of the channeled affinity that travels forward and even underneath, creating a medium sized crater. The throne lasts three turns on the field unless dealt with properly. The concentrated chakra allows the user to be protected from up to A rank attacks from the rear and underneath and it will be destroyed by an S rank attack however it will still protect the user before dispersing or crumbling away. Should the user manifest the throne in mid air with the wind affinity, he will be given the ability to fly for the remaining turns that the throne is active.
Notes:
- Can only be trice
- Shock-wave can only be used once per turn
- No techniques above S-Rank while the thrown is active
- Can only be used by Mathias

You make a throne of normal, or elemental chakra that affords some protection, and can release shockwaves of chakra for offence or defence.
It lasts until destroyed?
If I remember right, didn't you use jutsu while releasing the shockwave in our fight, simultaneously. Is that still possible?

I don't remember how I used it the last time but the technical side of the RP has evolved a lot since then. I'd say the throne has to be shape manipulated first before the shock-wave can be released.
