I thought you're gonna say that Suiryu is no different than those S-Rank, but really? Suiryu can defeat Sea-King easily? If so, this is where it's gonna lost me. Suiryu in terms of power level is unknown. They say Rob Lucci is 4000 Douriki and seems after 2 years, God knows how much Douriki he is. Saitama represent zero in mathematics.

So Suiryu's power can't be measured against Saitama. Between Saitama and Suiryu, it's pretty much the same between Goku and Superman. A good example is Toriyama gave DBZ fans a Superman anti hero Hit. Hit gets stronger as he fights, unlike superman Hit adapts and gets stronger 10 folds while gaining new techniques, still Goku keeps up and finds counter.
