Perform one handseal and create a replica of yourself out of the water in the lake. Of course, it should be indistinguishable from your actual self and be able to move around and fight for you independently, as long as they don't go farther than 5 meters away from you. If the clone gets damaged it wouldn't disappear like other clones, but it turns back to regular water. This clone has a lot of disadvantages, but clones in general always have a HUGE advantage, try to think about the big advantage. Btw, in Rei's battle R&R are clone rules listed, check them if you don't know them yet.
Manipulate the water in the lake beneath my clone and cause it to rise. Compress a strong stream of water while using your chakra to cause the stream to spin, making the water more dangerous. It could even kill your opponent.
